2005 - 2006 Straw bale castle - strokasteel

A straw bale castle build for theatre company The Peergroup - the Netherlands and used a stage and place to reflect on the changing relationship between the farmland and the city.

Strawbale fortress, build for theatregroup the Peergroup. I've used over 10.000 bales of straw ( over 230 tons) and scaffolding. It was used as stage and a place to reflect on the changing relationship between the farmland and the city. Period 2005 - 2006
